Across every function

Build an agentic workforceacross your company.

Atako agents are not a side tool for one team. They staff every function of the company, side by side with the people already there.

Operations

Order processing, incident handling and the daily execution that keeps the business running.

Supply

Sourcing, supplier follow-up, stock levels and delay monitoring — handled continuously, not once a week.

Marketing

Content production, campaign monitoring and market watch, briefed like any other teammate.

Sales

Lead qualification, follow-ups and CRM hygiene, so the team spends its time in conversations.

Finance

Invoice reconciliation, reporting and cash follow-up, with a trace for every decision taken.

Engineering

Code review, on-call triage and documentation upkeep, inside your own tools and permissions.

Data

Pipelines kept running, models kept honest and the questions nobody had time to ask of the numbers.

HR

Job posts, screening, onboarding and the paperwork that follows a hire around for a month.

Customer support

First-line answers, ticket triage and escalation only where a person is genuinely needed.

Three movesto a working workforce.

Give each agent its own computer. Organise agents and humans into teams. Then keep a live view of what they are doing, what they have accomplished, and where they need you.

Deploy. Orchestrate. Supervise.

  1. 01 Deploy
  2. 02 Orchestrate
  3. 03 Supervise

Each agent has its own computer.

Atako agents are not chat windows. Each one runs on its own virtual machine — a real workstation to browse, handle files, use software and carry a mission over time.

  • One virtual machine per agent
  • Persistent from one mission to the next
  • Autonomous, inside the scope you set

Organise agents and humans into teams.

Teams are the unit of work. Drop agents and people onto the same team tile, give them a shared scope, and the organisation reads the same way whether a seat is held by a human or an agent.

  • Mixed teams, one structure
  • A shared scope per team
  • Agents reporting like colleagues

See what they do, and where they need you.

One dashboard for the whole workforce: what each agent is doing right now, what it has accomplished, and the human notices waiting for your call.

  • Live activity, agent by agent
  • What was accomplished, traced
  • Human notices, ranked by urgency

Model, harness, cloud

One agent, whatever you run it on.

Atako is not a wrapper around one model, one framework or one provider. What the agent thinks with, what it runs inside and where that runs are three separate choices — and changing any one of them changes nothing about the other two.

Take hold of a cable and move it to another socket, or throw the switch to run the same model on your own key. The three cables work independently.

Flawless collaborationbetween humans and agents.

Agents are not a parallel org running in the background. They sit in the same chart, raise their hand in the same inbox, and work in the same projects as the people around them.

Hybrid org chart. Human notices. Projects.

  1. 01 Hybrid org chart
  2. 02 Human notices
  3. 03 Projects

Give your agent a place into the organization, among humans.

Agents get a seat on the chart: a team, a manager, a scope. People see who does what without learning a second system, and an agent is read the same way a colleague is — the same box, the same line up to the same manager.

  • One chart for humans and agents
  • A team, a manager, a scope
  • Built for thousands of agents

When your agents need you, they raise their hand.

Human notices are the channel agents use to bring you a question, a blocker or something worth knowing. You answer in one gesture: give a direction, grant a right, refuse a permission. A morning of decisions goes in the time it takes to read them.

  • Questions, blockers, information
  • Grant or refuse a permission in one click
  • Directions given in plain language

Projects become company memory.

Humans and agents open projects, each with a shared board to move the work forward and a wiki that documents its whole life cycle. When a project closes, that knowledge joins the company context layer every agent inherits.

  • A board shared by humans and agents
  • A wiki written continuously, by everyone
  • Poured into the context layer

Agents that can reasonbeyond tasks and workflows.

A workflow runs the steps you wrote. An Atako agent holds a goal, talks to its peers, remembers what happened and asks when it is unsure.

Agent-to-agent communication

Agents delegate tasks to each other, ask for a second opinion and hand over the relay — no human in the middle.

A mailbox per agent

Every agent has its own address. Write to it the way you would write to any colleague.

Voice communication

Speak to your agents in plain language: they understand you and answer out loud, speech to speech.

Integrations with granular permissions

Connect your stack and decide precisely what each agent can read or write, tool by tool.

Agents shared in the organisation

One agent serving a whole team, with private context for each person and shared context for the group.

Webhooks

Trigger your agents from any system, and let them push their own events back into yours.

Memory layer

Persistent memory from one mission to the next: decisions, preferences and history stay acquired.

Scheduled tasks

Recurring missions and time triggers: the work happens without anyone having to ask for it.

Deployment

Self-hosted, managed,or through your cloud provider.

Same platform, same agents. You choose where they run.

Self-hosted

Run Atako on infrastructure you own — private cloud, edge, or your own racks. It is the deepest level of control and customisation we offer, and nothing you hand the agents leaves your perimeter.

What is Atako?

Atako is a SaaS platform that gives companies immediate access to a catalogue of AI agents, all designed, built and maintained by Atako. No code, no long onboarding. Subscribe, pick your agents and automate from day one.

How does the subscription work?

One subscription per company, billed monthly, with a number of agents included. Inference is either ours — metered and on the same bill — or yours, on your own provider keys. No setup fee, and no commitment beyond the month you are in.

How does the agent limit work?

Your plan sets how many agents can be working at the same time, not how many you may create. An agent you stand down frees its seat immediately, and a seat added mid-month is charged pro rata.

Who builds and maintains the agents?

We do. Every agent in the catalogue is designed, tested and kept current by Atako, including the prompts, the tools and the guardrails. You brief it, set its scope and its permissions; you never maintain it.

Are there risks to know about before starting?

An agent acts, so it can act wrongly. That is what the scope, the permissions and the human notices are for: an agent works only inside the perimeter you grant it, every action it takes is traced, and anything outside that perimeter comes back to you as a question before it happens.

Why not build agents in-house?

You can — and the first agent is the easy one. What follows is the cost: evaluation, monitoring, the model that changes under you, the permissions, the audit trail and the person who owns all of it. Atako is that work, already done and kept up.
